Dr. Parker T. May (B.A.,B.S.,O.D.)
received his degree in chemistry from George Mason
University and his doctorate degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He graduated
from both with honors. His areas of interest include specialty cosmetic contact lenses and laser
vision correction design. Dr. May is a member of the American Optometric Association, the
AOA Contact Lens Section, and the Virginia Optometric Association. Other interests include
golf, tennis and racquetball.

Dr. David H. Hettler (B.S.,O.D.) is a graduate of The Ohio State University, where he earned his
undergraduate and graduate degrees. His areas of interest include contact lenses and helping
the visually impaired. Dr. Hettler is a member of the American Optometric Association, the
AOA Contact Lens Section, and past president of the Northern Virginia Optometric Society. He
has received the prestigious Optometric Recognition Award by the Virginia Optometric
Association. He enjoys sailing, kites and racquetball.

Dr. Dina B. Mazeas (B.S.,O.D.) received her undergraduate degree from George Mason
University and graduate degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is a long time
resident of Northern Virginia and has been practicing with Drs. May and Hettler since 1991.
Dr. Mazeas is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, the AOA Contact
Lens Section, the Virginia Optometric Association and the Northern Virginia Optometric
Society. She is interested in dogs and crafts.

Dr. Karen P. Krotine, (B.S.,O.D.) graduated with distinction, from the Southern California
College of Optometry after completing her undergraduate studies at Boston College. Dr.
Krotine is a member of the American Optometric Association, Virginia Optometric Association,
and the Northern Virginia Optometric Society. Her special interests are in managing contact
lens care. In her spare time she enjoys in-line skating, aerobics and travel.

Dr. Pauline N. Gee (B.S., O.D.)
hails from Texas. She is an alumna from the University of
Houston where she completed her undergraduate and doctorate degrees in 1983. In the
preceding years, she had been the privileged recipient of various scholarships and awards.
Dr. Gee has enjoyed private and associate practice in her home state until her transfer to this
area in 1997. Currently, the laser technology has added a new and exciting dimension to her
practice. Professional affiliations include the American Optometric Association, The Virginia
Optometric Association and the Northern Virginia Optometric Society. Aside from work, she
looks forward to "experimental" cooking and gardening.

Dr. Kurt P. Finney, (B.S. O.D.)
received his undergraduate degree from George Mason University and his doctorate degree from
the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. His professional interests include the management of
contact lenses and laser vision correction. Dr. Finney is a Board Member of the Northern
Virginia Optometric Society and a member of the Virginia Optometric Association and the American
Optometric Association. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, cycling and sculpting.

Dr. Neeraj Jalota (B.S., O.D.)
received her undergraduate degree from University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. She then completed her
doctorate degree at New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. Her professional area of interest
includes contact lens management. Dr. Jalota is a member of the American Optometric Association, the AOA
Contact Lens Section, Virginia Optometric Association and Northern Virginia Optometric Society. In her
spare time she enjoys swimming, traveling and interior decorating.

Dr. Alicia Telega (B.A., O.D.)
received her undergraduate degree from Washington and Jefferson College and doctorate degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Her professional interests include cornea and contact lens, glaucoma management, and ocular disease. Dr. Telega is a member of the American Optometric Association, the AOA Contact Lens Section, the AOA Sports Vision Section, the Virginia Optometric Association, and the Northern Virginia Optometric Society. Other interests include live music, traveling, and sports.
